A Challenge,

Well my work is putting on a biggest loser challenge and I think it is exactly what I need. 
I am not a  massive in your face competitor  but I  like the challenge   I am not a poor sport or a sore winner.  I play for the challenge win or lose;  this will give me the push I need to really get back into things. 

I already started changing some of my habits, the slurpees etc, although I do know I need to  stop the evening snack, even if it is just toast.   And although there are days I do not want to exercise,  I need to push myself to do it.  First weigh in is this Friday, a little nervous but should be good to go,   final weigh in is in April.   Mini goal is to be done   -  say 7.5 by the end of the  challenge , that is about 2.5 pounds a month.
